Treatment

There is no known cure for PSSD, which is not surprising since its etiology is still poorly understood. Nevertheless, possible treatment options for SSRI-induced sexual dysfunction were reviewed theoretically in 2002. According to online anecdotes, some people have been helped by OTC (over the counter) herbs such as Lepidium meyenii (Maca), Epimedium (Horny Goat Weed), and Ashwagandha, and amino acids such as L-tyrosine.
