State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT) has made available online applications for Admission to the First Year of Diploma in Elementary Education Course for the academic year 2017-18.

i) Counselling under Single Window System through online:

Admission to the first year Diploma in Elementary Education is made online. All the applicants are ranked category-wise on the basis of Higher Secondary marks secured by them and as per Government norms in vogue. Counselling is conducted by the Selection Committee at the State Council of Educational Research and Training through online. The candidates come to the counselling centre at the District head quarter in each district.

ii) Process of Admission: 

The applicants are ranked based on the marks obtained in the Higher Secondary Examination following the rule of reservation and other Government norms now in vogue. The merit list is hosted on the website for the convenience of the applicants well be in advance. The allotment of candidates in each of the institutions is made through Single Window System as per the choice of the candidates during the time of counselling.

31.05.2017 to  21.06.2017 are the dates to upload the application.
