tnhealth.org Dip in Pharmacy application 2016-17

The Directorate of Medical Education, Chennai has issued a Notification inviting applications for admission to Diploma In Pharmacy courses for the current year 2016-17.

The Important Dates are as follows:

Notification                                                    : 10.07.2016
Commencement of downloading                 : 11.07.2016
Last date for downloading                             : 21.07.2016 by 5.00 PM
Last date for receipt of application              : 22.07.2016 upto 5.00 PM
Expected date for declaration of Merit                     : 4th week of July 2016

The Official Notification also says that the   Merit list will be available in the websites (1) www.tnhealth.org    (2) www.tn.gov.in

Applications can only be downloaded from the websites www.tnhealth.org and
www.tn.gov.in and the filled in application along with necessary enclosures should be
sent in a large sized cover measuring 38cm x 28 cm super-scribed
‘APPLICATION FOR DIPLOMA IN PHARMACY COURSE 2016-2017 SESSION’ to the Secretary, Selection Committee, Kilpauk, Chennai-10 before the last date along with a Demand Draft for
250/- towards the cost of application form which is non refundable drawn in favour of
“The Secretary, Selection Committee” and payable at Chennai. The name of the
Candidate and the name of the course should be written on the reverse of the Demand
Draft. The template with requisite details available for downloading should be printed and
pasted on the cover.
