The Karnataka Government has decided to appeal in the Supreme Court in the DA case of Ms Jeyalalitha, Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu.

A decision in this regard has been arrived in the cabinet meeting held in Bengaluru on 1st June 2015.

Jeyalalitha was released from the case on 11th May 2015 and the Government Advocate Mr Acharya was insisting on the appeal in the Supreme Court.
