 The Tamil Nadu State Hajj Committee has proposed to conduct qurrah (draw of lots) for selection of pilgrims for Hajj 2015 as per the instructions of Haj Committee of India, Mumbai. The qurrah will be held at 10.30 A.M. on 18-3-2015 (Wednesday) at Anaikar Abdul Shukoor Auditorium, The New College, Royapettah, Chennai.

A Press Release issued by the Government of Tamil Nadu has invited applications from the Muslims for the ensuing Hajj Pilgrimage during Hajj 2015. The Press Release is given below:

The Tamil Nadu State Hajj Committee, Chennai on behalf of Haj Committee of India, Mumbai, invites Hajj applications from the Muslims residing in Tamil Nadu and intending to perform Hajj pilgrimage during Hajj 2015 subject to certain terms and conditions. The application form for Hajj 2015 can be obtained from the Secretary & Executive Officer, Tamil Nadu State Hajj Committee, Rosy Tower, III Floor, No.13, Mahathma Gandhi Road,Nungambakkam, Chennai-34, from 19th January 2015 or the applications can also be downloaded from the website www.hajcommittee.com. Photo copies of the application form can also be used. The last date for submission of filled in application forms by the intending applicants is 20-02-2015.
