According to media reports and television channels the Cabinet has approved the next increase of Dearness Allowance to Government of India employees with effect from 1.1.2014.
This is the second time that a two digit increase of dearness allowance has been approved by the cabinet.
The increase would be 10% and the total dearness allowance reached 100% to the employees of Government of India.
